Jason Fletcher began his financial services career in 1999. He’s been around long enough to have experienced significant stock market highs and lows. He’s a graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and graduated with honors earning a combined Business/Economics degree.
In 2003 he was recruited by Bank of America and received an intense banking education. Jason’s ability to learn quickly coupled with his strong work ethic paved the way to a management position. He was promoted to Banking Center Manager, Assistant Vice President in 2010. Jason was responsible for training and coaching more than 300 staff members in advanced customer service. Thanks in large part to his efforts his branch achieved the #1 ranking in the Mid-Atlantic region for Bank of America in 2013.
In 2015, Jason joined DF Consultants as a Advisor & Wealth Manager. Jason earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional designation in 2021. Earning this degree takes years of experience and intense study. This advanced training covers investments, income and estate taxes, charitable giving, life and health insurance benefits, retirement planning, social security and qualified retirement plans.
He and his wife Margarita have been married since 2016. Jason gives back to the community as a volunteer instructor @ his Church for underprivileged children tutoring them in math. His goal is to make math fun for the kids and his reward is watching their eyes light up in delight as they build their confidence.
